I’m currently working at Ubisoft Bucharest as a Game Designer on Tom Clancy’s The Division 2. Have a look at what I do here. My approach to design always starts from the player and their experience. What do they do, what emotions are they seeking, and how do I get them there? Ever since I’ve been old enough to lay my hands on a controller, games changed my life for the better. Now I’m ready to change other people’s lives in the same way. Here some of the experiences that have shaped my vision. I was a Game Designer at Quantic Games for almost two years, working at the preproduction stage of an unannounced FPS. I designed the game’s Combat Systems and was also responsible with the game’s Interface Responsible with designing tools for internal use, redesigning a few pages of the e-commerce site and organizing the information architecture of the site. While studying, I assisted lecturers during classes for first-year students, holding “mini-lectures” where I consolidated course-related topics for the students. When I don’t make them, I enjoy playing all kinds of games, even more so if they have a good story to tell! Games like The Last of Us, Metal Gear Solid V and God of War are the reason why I became a game designer, and I never stop talking about them once I get started. After finding out that I could become a game designer, nothing could stop me from following a career in game development. I started studying Computer Games Design at the University of Suffolk and graduated with First Class Honors in 2020 . Other than games, I love writing short stories, making cocktails and practicing archery and Krav Maga. I listen to music so much that it feels like I have a soundtrack to my life.
